सार्वजनिक सेवाएँ ऑनलाइन प्रदान करते समय इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रमाणीकरण को सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए सभी व्यक्तियों को एक डिजिटल पहचान प्रदान करना आवश्यक है। डिजिटल पहचान को विशिष्ट, दीर्घकालिक, ऑनलाइन और विश्वसनीय/ प्रामाणिक होना चाहिए। डिजिटल पहचान ऐसी होनी चाहिए जिसे ऑनलाइन और कम लागत से सत्यापित किया जा सके। “आधार” व्यक्तियों को एक ऐसी ही डिजिटल पहचान प्रदान करता है और साथ ही वह व्यक्तियों के पहचान और पते के प्रमाण के रूप में प्रयोग किया जा सकता है। अगर ऐसी डिजिटल पहचान को सुरक्षित ढंग से मोबाइल से जोड़ा जाए तो प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के प्रमाणीकरण का कार्य और भी आसान हो जाएगा। चूँकि मोबाइल फ़ोन की पहुँच अधिक है, तो इस डिजिटल पहचान द्वारा ऑनलाइन सुविधा लोगों को आसानी से उपलब्ध कराई जा सकती है।

नागरिक अपने सुझाव दें- मोबाइल फ़ोन को डिजिटल पहचान से कैसे जोड़ा जाए जिससे मोबाइल फ़ोन का प्रयोग व्यक्तियों के ऑनलाइन इलेक्ट्रॉनिक प्रमाणीकरण के लिए एक उपकरण के रूप में किया जा सके। इसके लिए अपने विचार और सुझाव दें। आप तकनीकी स्थापत्य और समाधान, नीतिगत दिशा-निर्देश, प्रक्रिया में किये जाने वाले सुधार, कार्यान्वयन तंत्र, कम लागत, परिचालन दक्षता इत्यादि के बारे में सुझाव दे सकते हैं। आपको अपने सुझाव एवं विचार हमें पीडीएफ या डॉक।

Mobile phone need not be the digital identity but the sim card or the frequency allotted for a person; Each sim card number is like land; hence should be regd. with Govt; Each should have only one sim card registered in his name. that as his bank acct ; Something like instant transfer should be installed in all mobile through which all financial transactions has to be happen; Money It should flow only through nerves banks; Done this, will bloom economy; volunteers can take classes to illiterates

Mobile Phones are good and fantastic digital device now a days and it is extremely popular. However, this should not be used as a digital identity at all. Because, in our country although people are using this device extensively but majority of our population does not know how to use this ethically. And hence, if it is misused or stolen or some unusual things happen then it would be a disaster for the person as well for the society, hence instead of using mobile ph as identity we shd use other.

There are numerous possibilities. The imei number of the mobile phone could be linked with aadar to form an identity along with mobile number and a password. If a person was to use it he needs at least 2 of the above(except imei and mobile no). If the offices are equipped with finger print scanners, mobile phone could be used alongwith them, as aadar already has finger scans. One mobile number must be linked to a person, non transferable, if he looses, he gets same no again.

Instead of using mobile phones for digital identity,these can be used to control the corruption in India. A mobile application can be developed to control the corruption. We can call this service as "E- Corruption Control", if anyone comes across any scenario he can report those incidents using this application and his identity should kept confidential.

Few considerations: 1. Mobile number portability 2. Feature Phone vs. Smart Phone 3. Localization of contents 4. Low Data bandwidth considerations (make it sms based instead) 5. Scenarios related to lost / stolen device (consider 2 factor authentication i.e phone number + Adhar number or phone + PAN, phone + passport) 6. Fraud detection and prevention 7. Start with mobile as one of the avenues to get the public service faster and don't make it mandatory.

Gov should provide every individual a card.which is simlar to atm card(security features).and stop printing money above 100 rs.so every individudal carry that card and money tranfer done through any buying,selling.so gov can have clear cut about individual income,expenditure.so we can avoid black money problem,theaf problems

Mobile Numbers should be linked with Adhar ID Numbers, to say, sim cards should be issued only on production of adhar Cards and should be recorded by TRAI as a data base. this can be used as a preferred digital identity. Adhar in turn may be cross linked to IMEI number of the handsets, Wheneve there happens a change in IMEI number number and cross-linked Adhar number/phone number, the same should be properly enquired to safeguard any misuse of the same.

Attendance management.: organizations have their intranet or website Employee his AADHAR Number in any available system connected with intranet or website. GET OTP Valid for 5 min. entered into office system. Attendance verified. direct cash transfer. eligible citizen data base with mobile no should be recorded. Every month a specific code should be sent to the individual. By using that code individual can draw the amount either through post office or near by available any bank.
