Have a meeting with representatives of major political parties and Muslim leaders to clarify their doubts, document the discussions and get their undertaking in writing that they understood the provisions and will not instigate any one for protest. If needed, govt should also be ready to make amendments and give undertaking for the same. Making the process transparent will help everyone & country
