Hell Sir Pranam,

Respected PM Ji, It it the high time to utilise the aboundoned Human Resources in India, holding a comprehensive Degree and Diploma from Different Universities and Colleges. An economy satisfy its Growth only when its optimum utilisation of Human Resources is Possible. It ts a tough enough to shettle all Human Resources at a time bt the Typical Payband Grade pay this Turm must to be abolished and a dedicated consilidated wage system must be implemen ald the renual of the of job possible.

Honourable PM India, Respected Sir, For better technological development, IIT institutions should be divided in two categories,1st should be research oriented and may be named as IIR( Bhartiya Anusandhan Sansthan) and 2nd should be based on current IIT educational pattern and may be named as IIT. In IIR only dual degree programmes should run. Dual degree programmes should be 5.5 years in place of 5.

India’s population strength has crossed 125 Crores…compare to this huge number of human population the percentage of crimes in the societies have been under control…all this appreciations have to be credited towards good governance…there are some rare incidences reported in media say, children's or women being sexually exploited, mob lynching, fake news if this also totally controlled it would further boost the sense of security and morale in all Indian's ! People have to respect Rule of Law !
