pranam dear Modiji.I m a doctor, I know the health sector in our country demands doctors but ruthlessly increasing such way doctors without increasing is just like killing people.This kind of work done in assam constructing medical colleges in every district will just produce morons who will kill people.The existing medical colleges are not having superspeciality department properly. So we cannot expect the PG coming out of this new colleges will be good..sir stop this irrational things...

Differential tution fees should be adopted in UGC/Central/state government funded institutions as per the financial capacity of the students and parents. Subsidised fees to be provided to the poor and financially weak families. Students whoose parents are from government sectors/psu/banks etc and students of other parents who are wealthy and annual family salary exceed 10 lakhs /annum should be asked to pay full unsubsided fees to enable more investment in education and quality can be assured

Unwanted Traffic and Trips are generated as housing and work places are located in different places. Central/state government /psu/ education institutes/psu banks should start a monetisation scheme to create housing at the location of the work places as done previously in the government staff quarters. Smart city should adopt strategies to locate housing and work places adjacent to each other and adopt the 15 minutes city concept where shops, hospitals,schools available within walking distance

Our drainage system is very Horrible. Care should be taken for the pipe carrying drinking water.The level for the pipes carrying drinking water and other flowing liquid material should be fixed with safe distance.A pipe for Drinking Water should be invented in such a way that it purify the water supplying to houses and such pipe should be connected from main pipe to the house water tap . .

Asset monetisation is the right strategy. Can be used in all centrally and UGC funded University and Institutions and Govt Institution of eminence like IIT/IIM. Large area of unutilised land available in the above institutions. These Institutes/Universities should be asked to monetise the unutilised land, by PPP projects like construction of Hospitals, Hostels, Staff accomodation, Housing ,Industries, Startups, Incubators etc.Professors should be asked to monetise patents and do consultancy work
