I am in Tamilnadu sir. I have been working in revenue department. I had faced lot of bad situation and instance of administration. I have to suggest to revamp this department performance and caring of Staff whoever struggling for lot with out corruption working. I am straight hand worker in my revenue department but even getting of my personal increment also need corruption to proceed. Salary structure are very low and also we r not wish to corrupt some other. 24*7 we r working but less salary and all. Please rearrange the administration structure and salary please. I am so struggling. Last four years I didn't get my increment and probation. Due to admin delay they won't do anything for staff favour. I have the aim. I would not give bribe to do my career moves.
