Respected HONORABLE PRIME MINISTER, I am Jyotisikhya Pradhan.Now I am in class 12 in Humanities at B.J.B.HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL, BHUBANESWAR, KHORDHA, ODISHA .First of all Thank you,to give this opportunity to share my problem and thoughts about the situation of Government college.I am irritated with our Government laws and regulations.In our Government college ragging is overflowing where shows on poster that Ragging is banned in this educational institution.Because of this Ragging one girl student(+3 first year)of BJB AUTONOMOUS COLLEGE attempt suiside.After her death,her family trying to give her justice but Government of Odisha don't try to investigate the matter and also our college management didn't take action against those 3 senior girl students yet. Is Ragging important in a college? My point of view is In ragging, good, intelligent students are suffering and their future is in danger and also they can't fulfill their aims.How to concentrate with studies in this situation?

प्रधानमंत्री जी नमस्कार मैं आनन्द सिंह b.ed. का छात्र हूँ। मैं आपसे एक निवेदन करना चाहता हु की आप कोई ऐसा बिल लाइये जिससे सभी सरकारी कर्मचारियों उर नौकरशाहों के बच्चे 12 तक कि शिक्षा सरकारी स्कुल में प्राप्त करे । जब आपके खुद के कर्मचारियों और अधिकारियों को अपने स्कूल पे भरोसा नही है वो अपने बच्चों को प्राइवेट स्कूल में भेज रहे तो जनता क्यों अपने बच्चों को प्राइवेट स्कूल में न भेजे। बस वही बच्चे सरकारी स्कूलों में जा रहे है जो गरीब है आप कितना भी पैसा खर्च करिये जब तक समाज के लिए कोई उदाहरण नही बनाएंगे जनता अपने बच्चों को सरकारी स्कूलों में नही भेजेगी। सोचिये एक d m का बच्चा जब जाएगा सरकारी स्कूलों में तो पढ़ाई का स्तर क्या रहेगा और कितने आम आदमी के बच्चे भी आएंगे। धन्यवाद सर मुझे उम्मीद है आप इसे पढेंगे और उचित कदम उठाएंगे।
