I suggest that all the vehicles which stop at the red signal, where red signal is for 2 or more minutes, engines should be switched off. It would save a lot of fuel and also would contribute to environment. non followers should be challaned.

1. Every petrol pump across the across the nation should be digitalized. 2 Every person having a vehcle should be given a swipe card for petrol. 3. Depending on the class of vehcile and city in which the person is living, he should be given a subsisized rate of fuel for a limited amount of petrol whcih is suffcient for his daily needs. If he cross the limit then the rate should be actual or more than that.4. The card should be given on registra by RTO.This will help poor,save fuel, nature etc.
