Mandatory use of Solar Panels in the Buildings for lighting Common Areas h. Dedicated space of 1 Acre in all the Residential neighborhood for Parks

I have been to Singapore-Malaysia, Canada, and some places in Europe. I must say, the most "liveable cities" I found were in the Netherlands. I hope India too can transform many of it's beautiful villages into smart and green cities. Been to Swiss one of the cleanest country in the world. - Respect traffic laws and signals - Proper road marking and easy to understand road sign - Good connection between rail, road and air transportation - Quality of fuel and road worthy vehicles - More Public Gardens and safe reserve area for animal - Respect and preservation of natural resources - Controlled town planning - Strict control on industrial waste - no dumping in river or at empty land. - Organic food (minimum fertilizers use)

At present I am residing at Munich What I have seen here is a. excellent public transportation system with common ticket for metro, surface train, tram and buses. b. excellent frequency of means of public transportation system in entire city makes It really difficult to opt for other private means of transportation (viz. taxy) and even for personal vehicles in crowded area

1) Use Stabilized rammed earth method for construction, this will save cement, steel. 2) Encourage rain water harvesting and use traditional indian methods to store water. 3) Separate gray water and sewage and recycle gray water at home. 4) Rooftop solar and solar water heaters. It is insane to use geysers or any other heating methods in country like India. 5) Subsidize solar electricity at homes, this will ensure that we don't have to depend on risky nuclear/thermal plants.

We need to convert all existing auto-rikshas running on petrol into cng or lpg to save environment and moreover some of them mix kerosine in petrol, making more pollution.. such practices must b stopped and guilty must be punished..
