1. Reach of Internet to every citizen. In rural areas e-panchayat can be formed.
2. Awareness programs about benefits of internet
3. All govt depts should have transparency portals
4. A UID based common platform to every citizen for inquiring development works/ policies

1)Single Sign On: to login in various Government Portals.
2)University, Student Enrollment Database
3)Address Master Database maintain by Post
4)Implement e-Governance Suits such as Property, RTO etc.
5)Data security. PC and Mobile data must kept in India.
6)Electronic Toll System.
7)Strong Employment Exchange.
8)Electronic Flap barriers at least District level Railway stations.
