Polytechnic education should have some extra practical knowledge on machines

1.Polytechnic is hugely practical oriented course but only single project is within the course and even industrial visit is not mandatory, Rebuilding the facilities for more hands on training with some modern equipments would surely bring more credibility for upcoming polytechnic engineers. Polytechnic colleges should undertake simple project jobs where the student can buildup their professional work culture.

We should start technical training from 8th class. If a student want to go in technical field, he should be studied from early time

i am also a polytechnic student.the syllabus of the polytechnics should be updated and revised up to engineering level. the job opportunities are very less for polytechnics students in government jobs. and also the basic facilities should be improved in government colleges.

This is a field report from ITI in Manipur, met students and few faculties, Courses were out dated and not helping students to get jobs after completion, even not supporting to start own business in their trade, Govt must introduce courses related to present day like DTP, IT, Tally and E commerce which will give job assurances. ITI are enrolled by students who just passed class 10 or 12 and need to focus on higher skill development level

नए नियमानुसार कंप्यूटर लैब , वेब साईट , इंग्लिश ट्रेनिंग ,तीन मंजिल से ऊपर लिफ्ट आदि से ITI कोर्स की फीस बहुत बढ़ जायेगी और गरीब घर के स्टूडेंट्स इन कोर्सेस से दूर हो जायेंगे | INDUSTRY को बढ़ावा देना होगा तभी रोजगार की समस्या हल हो पायेगी | NSDC की तरह PVT ITIS को भी अनुदान मिलना चाहिए | जिससे वोह भी नयी मशीनों को अपना सकें और कम फीस में गरीब स्टूडेंट्स को ट्रेनिंग डे सकें |

pvt ITI की फीस निर्धारित होनी चाहिए जो की govt ITI के खर्च के अनुसार होनी चाहिए | EXAMS में नक़ल बंद होनी चाहिए बड़े पैमाने पर नक़ल होती है | सेमेस्टर सिस्टम से सबसे बड़ी परेशानी ये आ रही है की सारा स्टाफ दो वर्ष तक एग्जाम मैं ही बिजी हो रहा है | स्टूडेंट्स क्योंकी बहुत निम्न वर्ग से आते हैं इसलिए एग्जाम फीस , कंप्यूटर फीस , इंग्लिश ट्रेनिंग फीस आदि के कारण भी परेशानी बढी है | सिस्टम ऐसा बनाये की गरीब स्टूडेंट्स पर बोझ न पड़े | CONTINUE....

ITI कोर्सेस की PROBLEMS : सभी कोर्सेस के लिए जॉब्स नहीं हैं | अधिकतर जॉब्स फिटर जैसे कानपुर में , झांसी में इलेक्ट्रीशियन आदि पर इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स , स्टेनो ,कोपा , MECH DRAFTMAN , टर्नर ,टूल डाई मेकर व अन्य के स्टूडेंट्स बेरोजगार रहते हैं| PRAIVATE इंडस्ट्री द्वारा ITI STUDENTS को कॉन्ट्रैक्ट वर्कर के रूप में रखा जाता है | सरकारी ITI के शिक्षक अधिकतर अन्य सरकारी कार्यों में लगे रहते हैं | सरकारी ITI में कईं मशीनें बहुत पुरानी हैं | PVT ITI के टीचर्स की सैलरी सरकार को वहन करनी चाहिए | cont..

मेरे द्वारा एक pvt ITI चलायी जा रही है व कम से कम 8 वर्ष का अनुभव है |मेरे सुझाव निम्न हैं :-- ITI के स्टूडेंट्स काफी निम्न स्तर पर होते हैं , जो स्टूडेंट्स स्टडी बीच में छोड़ देते हैं वो ही ITI करते हैं | कोर्स बहुत अच्छे हैं , प्रैक्टिकल ORIENTED हैं 7 घंटे का प्रैक्टिकल वर्क कराया जाता है प्रतिदिन |

I am giving field report on polytechnic guys,,they are stuck in ITI tech and B.tech engineer and after polytechnic,lots of students want govt job but no scope.I am polytecnic in electrical branch, But state electricity board close to entry of polytecnic students...they recruits ITI for line man and b.tech for Jr engineer and no scope for polytechnic students....Education level of polytechnic in rajasthan is greater than b.tech level students,
