Ministry of Panchayati Raj seeks entries for proposing an innovative name, designing a logo and defining a tagline for an upcoming scheme of the Ministry. The scheme would deal with steps/ measures to improve the ‘Quality of Life' in the villages.
The scheme targets towards taking steps/ measures to improve the ‘Quality of life’ for the residents of a village.
The aim of the scheme is that Gram Panchayats may identify their ‘Village Formation Day’ and make it a catalytic event for improving the ‘Quality of Life’ in villages.
The scheme would enable Gram Panchayats to:
i. Assess the situation of their village(s) as per ‘Quality of Life’ indicators (related to sanitation, health, education, infrastructure like roads/pucca streets, power, communication facilities, e-services etc.)
ii. Set annual targets to bring improvements in these indicators each year.
iii. Take up activities to achieve the targets throughout the year and monitor progress.
iv. Review performance every year on ‘Village Formation Day’, formulate new strategies as needed, and take appropriate action(s).
The last date of submission is 31st December, 2014.
The winning entry will be awarded as under:
a. First Prize- Rs. 25,000/-
b. Second Prize- Rs. 15,000/-
c. Third Prize- Rs. 10,000/-

Scheme:-
We have many Companies or Firms or other small shops who need Agricultural products for their operations to run ( resides nearby or at distance).
We can provide contract (from these Companies and firms etc ) to each Landlords so that each one have one Opportunity in their hands,this can improve the Quality of Life of Village people to some extent.....

Scheme: "5-SELF for SELF Scheme"
Tagline: "Benchmarking in Excellence is the Quality of Life"
Self generation of economy by Panchayat in villages by innovative ideas like plantation of herbs, plants, horticulture etc., according to geographical and climate situations & sources available, the generated economy can be used to build toilets, schools, clinic, etc & can be maintained by this economy, by this method 'employment' can also be created. Thus achieving self sustenance and self pride.

Logo Meaning: I tried to express the importance of Quality with big "Q" and an arrow which proves that we can do it right.In perspective of Villages and the highlighted points for development are: Water,Roads,Education,Health & Energy.
Tagline : "Change towards Global Village" which means after these steps take we could make it global recognized and developed.

Title should be=> Gramin jivan vikas sankalp
Village ek desh ka aadhar hote hai or gaon ka vikas matlab desh ka vikas …hum saharo main kamate hai or wahi kharch kar dete hai par kabhi apne village ke bare main nhi sochte jisne hume janm diya jiski mitti me hum bade hue so aaj hume village k vikas ka sankalp lena hai dhanyawad jaihind
