The Emerging Science, Technology, and Innovation Conclave (ESTIC) is India's premier STI platform, bringing together ministries, innovators, and global visionaries. In order to create awareness about this flagship S&T event Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, in collaboration with the Gujarat Council on Science and Technology (GUJCOST) and MyGov, is organising a reel contest around the objectives of the ESTIC (Emerging Science Technology and Innovation Conclave).
The contest, organised by DST in line with the vision of #ViksitBharat2047, is a national-level creative challenge inviting youth aged 13–25 years to showcase their innovative science-based solutions for real-world problems. This is meant to engage people in celebrating India’s premier STI platform, #ESTIC2025
Choose one of the objectives of ESTIC ‘2025:
1. Advancement in emerging science & technology: AI, Robotics & Digital solutions for local problems
2. Everyday science & youth-led innovation for encouraging future science & technology leaders
3. Benefits/contributions of science and technology
Submission guidelines:
1. Format: Short Science Reel (40-60 seconds)
2. Platform: To be submitted via the MyGov portal with the reel publicly available on Instagram, YouTube, Drive, or other social media
3. Language: English, Hindi, or any regional language (captions recommended)
4. Originality: Must be original reels/ videos, not used on any other platform
5. File Type: MP4, portrait mode (9:16), high resolution
6. Eligibility: Youth aged 13 to 25 years

1. Should meet the submission guidelines
2. Originality and scientific accuracy
3. Creativity and presentation skills
4. Innovation and relevance to #ViksitBharat
5. Clarity in communicating science for all
Recognition & Reward:
1. Top 10 entries will receive the exclusive Reely Brilliant Minds digital badge
2. Winning reels will be featured on the official social media handles of Hon’ble MoS (I/C) for Science & Technology, Dr Jitendra Singh, and DST
