First we have to educate our leaders from Delhi to gully in this issue. Most of our leaders did not know the importance of this issue. Every leader should discuss this issue in every situation. This is not money matter, importance and priority matter.

Rural local bodies can perform better than central and state governments in this toilet issue. Now a days most of the local bodies suffering from lack of capacity building. We can achieve our target with the local bodies participation. First we have to strengthen the Gramapanchayats. Most of the problems will be solve in rural India with local bodies involvement.

Clean toilets means healthy India. Other countries thinks that India is nothing but an open toilet. To come out of such impression and give an better life style to its citizens, well maintained toilets are more important. It should not be a pay and use toilet which is again a burden on poor. Country like UK has proved that with out being paid by people also they can give best toilets to them. Mere planning and determination can give a better life to Indians. please find attached PDF for details

The unreached rural areas should be given to NGOs and civil society organisations for constructions of village household toilets in low cost sustainable model to be replicated, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) funds of PSUs, Big Companies and Public Sector Banks, should be utilized for this purpose and a government agency like CAPART having 12000 NGOs network of in grass root should be made as a nodal agency for implementation of this programme and it should be done in mission mode.
