1) vehicle free (walk only) zones around crowded areas with permission for vehicles only upto planned open spaces for parking of vehicles and having terminals for public transport at that location. 2) design routes of buses based on database of citizen's work locations using Geographical information systems. #MeraShaharMeraSapna To make Citybus service more comfortable,Government should put GPS position tracking device in each citybus so that each bus can be tracked live and Government should provide free mobile application which display live tracking of near bus.Mobile app should also display number of vacant seats so that people can see where nearby bus is and how much vacant seats are there in the nearby bus.Even after seating in bus, mobile app should notify when destination comes.
