ITI shud be modernised..each state should put up 5 ITI under auction..each bidding company to put up purpose,plan,funds,skill upgradation.Winning firm gets direct recruits from ITIs,also state gets additional skilled manpower.Rest is divided among new projects within the state.Indian Institute of Disaster mangagement(IIDM) to be setup across 4 different geographies.Each insti to have specialised skills,western front in western ghats,northern in himalayan-desert,southern-maritime etc.

We should finish the skill programme like polytechnic at state level and should bring a new entrance exam for skill development at all india level and each trade unite should be run by our market makers

After clearing 10th grade, each and every student can join industry for experience and company will not pay them for work. So this way industry can provide experience and students get knowledge.Since they have already got job experience previous , they are already skilled to start the work on graduation. Even job offers can be given at any stage the industry feels. This can work out in manufacturing, health, oil&gas, teaching, police, rto's, industry.

the future of the student should be fixed at 8th level.an aptitude test be taken to assess the interest of student.schools must attach with industry,service,culture or agriculture.the students weak in academics should be given more practical knowledge.every individual is intelligent either in study or creativity.every student passing xiith should be skilled in academics or any of industrial,cultural,service,agriculture

The educational system should change by giving more practical knowledge in the fields selected so that after the course one need not go in search of jobs by knocking at various doors. By education one should acquire knowledge, practical handling of the subjects and create more confidence in taking up various tasks. The students should come out of the class rooms and involve in practical on the job trainings on the subjects taught in the class rooms and this shall contribute more for the nation.

For me just linking education and employ-ability is the not the only way out for the nation's development.For me the education given to the student should be ETHICAL. The managements of different educational center should teach the students about the moral duties and follow them too(Like keeping promises to staff & Students). Many institutes and universities may do fake promises for their benefits which in-turn can sometimes be affecting factors for the success of any organisation.

Every Industry requires trained and skilled professionals. Also Industry moves at rapid pace in alignment with the market trends and needs. In order to align Educational institutions with Industry we need to first create the culture and mindset of fast paced change in Educational institutes. Then we need to create the support system such that the change can be executed rapidly in accordance with industry needs. The whole notions of teaching has to be de-linked with degrees and qualifications

At initial level of studies its important to understand the concept and this can be realized by practical understanding. This will get improved if most of our students will have opportunities to do industrial projects or internships etc. currently there is lack of drive from both sides (Institutes and Industries), On contrary if you look at Europe they have really good collaboration and comparatively its easy to get internships, practical exposure. I believe internship is the link for engagement

Every institute must covey the the students the trends, problems, challenges of respective field industry during their course work so that they can learn to link their education with industry.
