It is better to have training institutes for skills that are in demand & create high paying jobs such as big data analytics etc. However, people will not join any institute to just learn a skill. They also look for placement assistance. Therefore, the curriculum of these institutes should be designed by leading industry experts who have contacts in HR department of several companies in the industry. That way, not only students learn from the best but also get placed in companies they desire.

Government should take effective steps in keeping a close watch on the fees taken by private institutions. Some private universities and colleges are charging too much and the quality of education offered by them is extremely poor. All such private institutions must be taken over by the Government.

our education level and its credibility should be serious concern for pradhnmantri ji. We have a large number of universities which i would say provide fake education. They just enroll the students just for money. Regulations for a university should be very strict and uniform in all over the country. University status should be given only when they fulfill some criteria of national interest like good quality research,development of surrounding area, good links with industry.

In aided colleges equal importance should be given to MBA+b.com +UGCqualify candidates in selection of assistant professor.but unfortunately due to UGC policy and rules and regulation of universities above qualified people r considered ineligible.

Make industry-academia partnership to help each other in knowledge sharing and funding of projects. Industry experts should take initiative to teach students the latest technology, which will help them in jobs.

Subsidised education by central/state govt should only be upto class 12. After class 12, only those who want to become job creators (entrepreneur or self employed) should get subsidised education. The rest (particularly job seekers in govt) should refund the difference between subsidised rate and market rate of post class 12 education, within 3 years of joining govt and this money can go to Bharat Kaushal Vikas Kosh to fund skill development of millions of indians. This policy start from 2016.
