1) For Big Tax collections,
take 1% Tax from 20 Taxpayers,
than 20% Tax from one Taxpayer.
2) Simple Tax of 1% on Receipt /Transaction /Interest /Sale
/Gift /Loan /Benefit /Salary /Dividends /Rent /Custom.....
any & all inward cash, Cheque etc.
3) Average say on Rs. 30 L Receipt,
Pay Rs. 0.3 Lac Tax per year.
If Taxpayers = 60 Cr.
Tax collection will be 18 L- Cr.
4) Simple Tax means more Taxpayers, more collection & No refund Problem.

Any country can not progress with accountants and tax experts.
Country needs technocrats, scientists, engineers, skilled work force.
What India is doing?? Creating accountants and tax experts. All technocrats, scientists, engineers are being harassed by our complex tax systems. They are not able to focus on their Job as they have to learn tax system because any mistake will punish them heavily because ignorance can not be an excuse.
No wonder why so much brain drain!!

What is good for me not necessarily good for you.
GST will create more problems.
Current tax system requires simplification and transparency. It will be foolish to bring GST.
Today, tax authorities enjoy powers without responsibility.
There should be strict rules that tax authority can not question any transactions that are more than 2 yrs old. They should work hard to catch tax evaders in stipulated time.
Our system wants to make people either accountant or tax experts.

Small traders upto one crore shall be included with registration fees alone ,with no other formalities.
Due consideration in fees shall be given to traders who generates employments.all registered dealers shall be connected to a main server to facilitate billing from shops through the system,so that tax evasion can be avoided.
thanks.

If annual turnover is considered for judging the exemption of certain traders from registration, it will have undesirable effects. It does not define the issuing of bills for sales he makes. A bill with out a registration number can not be tracked. Even if the Government wants to exempt low turnover traders from paying taxes, registration can still be made mandatory for every kind of trader.

We may not that familiar with #GST, but what we are facing, is from becoming a small company, if we want to purchase any office, the biggest difficulty we face is huge difference of actual amount, and amount in paper. Major amount is being asked in cash, while the amount of office in paper goes way down to actual amount which we are supposed to pay ! Stuff like these are biggest hurdler not allowing to pay taxes and other things honestly, and Government finds more ways to get tax. #WeNeedChange

All tax departments should be integrated into a single department. Businesses are frequently requested to a lot of repetitive paperwork from different tax departments again and again. Tax officials also do not produce proper documents to check a business, they try to harass us by saying that they have every right to raid our premises. This creates a lot of social stigma. Clear cut details, policies, accountability and rules are need for the hour.

Income Tax like single GST Registration No. across India is need of the hour. One company one identity with one Tax No. State-wise fund transfer can be done based on Periodical Return based on Transactions which is linked to specific States.
