All Silk weavers in India must be encouraged to produce more silk products. They must get help from state government. They must get a chance to put stalls in all Government Cultural programs. Registered Silk weavers must be allowed to have tie up with all major hotels to sell their products to foreign nationals. Like Khadi Bhavan a Silk Bhavan can be started by State Government and sell quality products locally at reasonable rates. This will give job opportunity to poor weavers.Pls consider this.

try to understand the areas where silk can be used. E.g. silk pouch / cover to store ornaments. So all jewellary shops can use that. In fact same can be implemented for khadi.
Another area - where plastic cover / envolope are used try to replace with khadi / silk.
Area / Places :
Hotels
Seminar / Conference
Food devliery bags
Malls / Shops - All shops sohuld compulory make bags of khadi / silk (eg.g Wh brand selling women ethenic wear in mumbai)

SirYou know our country Has 60% youth population and they follow their ideals such as You Salman Khan,Aamir Khan,Sachin Tendulkar etc. If you ask them to wear and promote those products then automatically There will be a huge demand for this products in home as well as abroad.

Encourage the use of silk Indianwear as 'business formals' for men as well. Today, a silk sari is an accepted business formal wear for Indian women at work. There is no reason except mindset that prevents silk shirt and dhoti or kurta pyjamas from being formalwear for men. The trend can be encouraged in govt offices first. This will replace expensive imported wool used in suits etc.Fashion houses and formal wear manufacturers such as Raymond can be roped in to promote this concept.

inside india, if you reduce income tax, large number of persons, will have disposable income and then they can purchase silk products. solutions are very simple and is known to government also. but it is continously increasing the tax burden of citizens. BJP follows policy of minimum taxation maximum prosperity of citizens. the test of this policy will be budget of FY2015-16.
