Silk is a costly affairs, but India is famous for silk.Till now, the sericulture dept are wasting huge chunks of money on mulberry plantations and siphoning off govt funds. To promote silk, it must be handed over to cottage industries and agro-based industries. Growing of mulberry must be checked at large scale, providing jobs.Silk worm rearing must be trained through skilled developments and every village must be covered. Then silk must be used in various exportable products.

IN THIS ERA, YOUNGER GENERATION IS FAR AWAY FROM OUR TRADITIONS.NOW A DAYS SILK IS ONLY USED AS PARTY WEAR. AND AFTER 20 YEAR DEMAND OF SILK PRODUCT WILL COME DOWN TO 5% OF DEMAND IN 2014. BECAUSE ALL ARE MAD ABOUT WESTERN BRANDS. DEMAND CAN BE INCREASED THROUGH APPLICATION OF NEW GENERATION TRENDS IN SILK PRODUCT. GIVING INCENTIVES TO THE PRODUCERS, HIGH TAX FOR WESTERN BRANDS. GENERATING DEMAND AMONG THE NEW GENERATION BY EDUCATING THEM ABOUT OUR TRADITIONAL DRESS CODE AND ITS IMPORTENS

Supply side: a) Promote social entrepreneurship in the sector through enabling policy environment b) Weavers' schools under NID or NIFT to link up traditions and market preferences c)Strengthen weavers' coops
Demand side: a) Use technology to connect weavers and consumers b) Tie up with new industries that are evolving innovative uses of silk. Eg. Harvard innovation lab will use silk to preserve vaccines http://bit.ly/1x1I19L

First, synthetic sarees and dress materials should be discouraged by additional tax. On the other hand silk production should be encouraged with incentives. If film stars and sport stars are persuaded top wear silk, most will follow.

All the religious place need 2B checked by police or mohalla committee comprising people from different religions. All riligious places should be constructed at proper places with approved plans to avoid situation like Satlok Asharam which had only 1 gate. Most religious places have become Dens of Dons and money spinners for organisers. In Delhi one temple on old Rohtak road has encroched half of railway land and half of main road without any action.Pusa road crossing has been encroached etc.

The honourable Modi government introduced bank account to all people programme. It is the one of the most advanced econonomic reform in India ever witnessed. But on the contrary Reserve bank has introduced service charges to ATM transactions and now SBI has introduced service charges to cash transactions even in bank's branches. It is a grave mistake government is allowing banks to loot poor people's money. How many Indians can keep Rs 1lakh minimum balance in their account. Cancel this policy
