50 % of commodity sale depends upon the Advertisements. Therefore there should be an attractive and meaning making adds wide spread all over the world. Many people never know the important and specialty of silk products. If we do this then this would become the fashion of the present generation. All the very Best!!!

My take would be on providing subsidies to the lesser known craftsmen in the country who have products to offer but are not able to market it due to lack of financial assistance. Subsidies will be of great help to motivate them and move ahead.

Create experimental learning for designers, actual users as well as general community to come and offer their suggestions for renewed thinking. Encourage women entrepreneurship and offer subsidies as well as assistance to promote their products.

the demand can be increased by allowing incubation hubs in India for innovative uses of silk, allowing people to come to India, visit the heritage and history behind silks in our country and then allow them to use their creativity. Also, online simulation tools should be created for experiential learning and creative visualization for local and international use. Clear communication about mfg i.e eco friendly, child labor free, etc to be sent as messages at global level.

A mix of silk with other materials can be used as upholstery or covering material in limited edition luxury cars, airline, furniture sheeting, designer umbrellas, designer shoes, professional series of bags, laptop covers, wall papers, etc. We need to change the perception of silk being used only for sarees or wedding clothes. We need to explore alternate uses for the same.

We always speak about 'Make in India' and use products 'Made in India', which will help sustain the growth of Indian Rupee value against US$ and battle Inflation in our country.
But our PM should also insist on 'Make Quality products in India'.
I am not saying that non of the Indian manufacturers are making Quality products.
I am saying All the Indian manufacturers should make Quality products. This will automatically promote our products even in the International market.

Modi ji,
I came across a newspaper report that the Marriage Law Amendment (2010) will be brought in the winter session. You want to repeal obsolete laws. At the same time, faulty laws also should not be framed. The Marriage Law (Amendment) Act, 2010 is different from what Parliamentary Standing Committee recommended. The gender neutral aspect was changed to gender biased. Many factors have been ignored. Please don't rush to pass this act. Please get feedback from men too. Regards, Abhay
