sir
The word ‘officer’ in public servant’s designation framed in British rule is segregating themselves with a psychological superiority feeling from people to whom actually they have to serve. To change the authoritative mindset of the employees, it is better to use the word ‘servant’ instead of the word ‘officer’ in designations of every level of bureaucracy. If it is done by the union and state governments, good governance will be possible pleasing the public.

Another idea would be to open courses in universities teaching the harvesting of silk, introduc eeasy methods for citizens of USA and EU to take these courses, encourage fashion designers, costume guys, to use more silk in their work, it can be marketed as an alternative to leather for automobile seat covers, office seats, also silk belts: any ad campaign which simply says don't need to kill a cow to keep ur pants up will be effective

Mr pm, budget ideas..we can enhance revenue by innovative means..on railways we can allow the platforms or the railway stations branded. A corporate can buy a right to brand their names for a railway platform or the railway station against an auctioned amount..this can give revenues to railways. The solar panelled platforms can create ad apace revenues, the tea cups served can have sleeves around them giving opportunity for delivering offers to customers, try In house train ad cable TVs drdd

MrPM, budget preparation started..few inputs..take off expenditure from budgets how? Many subsidies - try to allot to corporates who can take on them the regional subsidies , they can brand it and show this as Csr responsibility discharge.. They can brand the scheme like Tata Western region employment subsidy and so on.,,the govt can auction such rights and also get revenue.go for lean govt budgets by shedding some loads to private sectors regs Drdd

To improve our Indian silk, first put on tax for Importing from other countries, provoke farmers to grow silk by giving correct rates and good platform for selling their goods they had grown, avoid brokers in markets between farmers and buyers. Start govt markets in each district without brokers for purchase from farmers
