For expenditure management , It is essential to restrict the age of superanuation to 60 Years dot. Extension of age burdens exchequer and innovative idea of younger generation are also curtailed. Young employee is cheaper and more productive whereas employee at the age of 60 Will almost be less enthuastic , non productive and will stop promotions of many suitable employees. Such extension on the ground of experience is counter productive. Their experience can be obtained as an expert .

To increase the demand of Indian silk products in the country as well abroad, government must advertise its silk products to the people by improving New fashion technology acceptable to new generation. If tea-shirt and shirt made of silk become popular then demand of silk product will increase. Home clothes like dhoti, short pants etc. can also be make of silk, it will increase the silk demand. Lastly, all generation comfort clothes, both indoor as well outdoor should be made by silk.

Sir, Right person in Right Job should be the true mantra for the increase productivity in the in any sector. But this rule are hardly followed in the most the state service recruitment rules especially in the Agri-Vety sector which is directly related to poor farmers.Officers with Master degree or Phd certificates should be fully used but specialised post are occupied by simple degree holder senior officer as most of the states has no proper recruitment rule.Sir pls look into this issue.

One option would be to set it up as an industry and offer shares to people...
Another is by branding

Advertisement and consistency in product quality are the key features required for enhancing the demand for a product. If a commodity is well advertised in IT sector as well as movie scenes will not only gain trust of the people, but also stimulate their choice. Creating a heavy market will also promote the sale of the product.
