C-DAC, under the guidance of The Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY), and valuable support from the Department of Science and Technology (DST), is leading the development of digital standards for Indian languages to enable their seamless integration with the internet and emerging technologies.

As part of this effort, the “AKSHAR Document” series has been envisaged to define Coded Character Sets and Composition Rules for scheduled Indian languages. The aforesaid draft standard defines the character repertoire for Hindi, ABNF rules for permissible character combinations, and provides a reference implementation for validation.

This document will form the foundation for ensuring consistency, accuracy, and interoperability in the digital processing of Indian scripts across platforms and applications.

The document has been published by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) for public consultation and is open for comments until 21st September, 2025.

में आप से कहना चाहूंगा कि जो भाषा हे हमारी हिंदी वही देश के लिए सर्व परी है आप शिक्षा में केवल हिंदी भाषा का प्रयोग करे , गुजराती का करे संस्कृत जैसी भाषा को पढ़ाई जिस से हमारी आगे आने वाली पीढ़ी भी जाने की हमारी मातृ भाषा ये हे ( इंग्लिश )नहीं सभी को इंग्लिश सिख नि हे पर जिस देश मे रहते उसे संस्कृत भाषा आती नहीं तो आप से निवेदन हे मेरा की इस साल के 2025 –2026 पाठ्य पुस्तकों में { श्रीमद्भागवतगीता, रामायण, संस्कृत ज्ञान, भारतभूमि का गौरव जैसे } पढ़ाई जाए इस भारत को हमारे पूर्वजों ने अपने खून से सोना बनाया हे ।। जय भवानी 🚩 भारत माता की जय 🇮🇳

ड्राफ्ट मानक को शिक्षा और प्रशिक्षण से भी जोड़ा जाए। स्कूलों, विश्वविद्यालयों और अनुवादकों के लिए प्रशिक्षण मॉड्यूल तैयार किए जाएँ, ताकि वे मानक के अनुसार हिंदी में लेखन और डिजिटल टूल्स का उपयोग कर सकें। इससे नई पीढ़ी को शुरू से ही संगठित, सटीक और मानकीकृत हिंदी लेखन की आदत पड़ेगी।

आज हम विज्ञान के जिस रूप से परिचित हो पाए हैं वो संस्कृत भाषा की ही देन है। संस्कृत हमारी आदि जननी है । संस्कृत से ही संस्कृति की शुरुआत हुई है। यदि हम अपने अतीत को बेहतर तरीके से जानना चाहते हैं तो हमें संस्कृत भाषा को आदिकाल से जानना होगा। संस्कृत भाषा का जितना अधिक विकास होगा। उतना ही विकास हमारी संस्कृति का भी होगा। संस्कृत भाषा के समृद्ध साहित्य के कारण ही भारत को आदिगुरु कहा जाता है। यदि हम संस्कृत भाषा को राष्ट्र भाषा के पद पर सुशोभित करते हैं तो हम विश्व के धरातल के पट पर अपना वर्चस्व स्थापित करने में सशक्त हो पाएंगे। संस्कृत भाषा में इतना अधिक ज्ञान छिपा हुआ है कि वह सम्पूर्ण विश्व को स्वयं ही बुलंदियों तक पहुंचाने में सक्षम है। संस्कृत के विषय में अमीर खुसरो जी ने कहा था कि घाटियों में भटकता पक्षी जब घूमते घूमते भारत आया तो उसने संस्कृत साहित्य की एक बूँद चखी उसे ऐसा अनुभव हुआ कि उसने अमृत का पान कर लिया हो । हमारे देश का संस्कृत साहित्य में ज्ञान के विशाल भंडार छिपे हुए हैं।मेरे विचार से संस्कृत भाषा भारत के विकास के लिए रामसेतु सिद्ध होगी। जय हिन्द जय भारत

Language is a voice of human being.it is a way to convert our feeling and expression in forms of word in front of any other people.AKSHAR is platform to coding our language according to advance technology.in digital era, hindi language should be upgrade parallel to technology.first step is to make Hindi dictionary for collection of words through all over country.second hindi digital language research centre has to be established for all process.my mantra is Digital Hindi, Global Hindi.

हिन्दी भाषा, एक सूत्र में बांधने का जरिया है, राष्ट्रीय भाषा, को पूरे देश में जरूरी है,। अखण्ड भारत मे हिंदी बोली और समझी जाती है, दूसरी भाषा को सीखने सिखाने से अनावश्यक ऊर्जा बेकार होती है।

Respected Sir, Hindi Language should be encouraged in India,as the National Language. Many people follow once it is implemented in India,on a side it is the cultural language too. People will be forward as the language is essential to learn in India. Encouragement of these kind of languages are really at the top of the mountain to everyone. Thankyou.

sir, sanskrit is the mother of all languages, research says sanskrit language improves speech, so also our Vedic literature,so every student has choices to learn our mother of all languages. Hindi is the national language, mode of communication with each other. looking at the use of english, all regional languages will die after 2 OR 3 generations. South Indian states, if they really love their own language , majority voice citizens do tell system they need every thing in their own language, education, working, Banking.
