The Central Government Ministries/ Departments and Central Public Sector Undertaking are mandated to procure 25% (as amended in 2018) of their annual value of goods or services from micro and small enterprises vide Public Procurement Order Notified vide S.O. 581 (E) dated 23rd March 2012. Under the policy, 358 items are exclusively reserved for procurement from MSEs which help in the promotion and growth of Micro and Small Enterprises and play a critical role in fostering inclusive growth in the country.

The existing list required a relook to find out the relevance in the present-day context of technological change, and the growth of small and micro enterprises. The Internal Technical Committee of the Ministry of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises has prepared a revised list of 469 items (including Goods & Services) to be reserved for exclusive procurement from MSEs.

Stakeholders, Industries associations, MSME units and the General public are invited to share their suggestions and comments on the list of 469 items reserved for exclusive purchase from MSEs under the Public Procurement Policy.

Respected Aadarniya PM of my country Shri Modiji Vande Mataram. I am a medical practitioner from Pune, practicing for last 52 years. Today I want humbaly suggest you about protecting our next generation - future of India from Adulterated Milk. Milk is consumed by All Age Groups from Infancy to Old Age. The recent news of giving hormone injections to cows and cattles to increase milk production is Alarming and we have to Think about what we Drink ❗Mixing urea and chemicals for artificially increasing the milk volume is dangerous for health. In medical practice we see many new conditions , Immunity related conditions, and known & unknown new health issues, may be because of adulterated milk consumed by us. In my research practice I have found that there is a sudden increase in number of reported cases of a Neuro degenerative fatal disease SSPE. This may be due to diminished immunity in children. Govt. must make strict laws for milk adulteration to protect children, Future Inda

Respected sir, Namastiji ji PM Sir, My suggestions and comments on the list of 469 items are reorganised with our modern technologies and services reserved for exclusive purchase from MSEs under the Public Procurement Policy. Than the National growth have been through the MSME systematically re-arranged 469 items some more items to be added or removed, it helps more our Nation welfare i.e., individual or collectively of our GDP rate 100% growth . Hence, I request the Indian Government to please be considered to reduced the GST on MSME Items for increase of production and procurement Policy. It is kindly please be considered . Like little rain water gathers a small broke; Small brokes always gathered to be filled the small tanks; after the excess waters converted into small canals water flow; it can be into major river than the ground water raised likewise our National GDP rate also indirectly to be raised. Thanking you Sir, Yours sincerely..

This govt is hell bent to crush Middle class people and Medium size enterprises. All taxes and compliances are for this class only. 5% people paying income tax itself is ridiculous. Who will dare to increase the base of income tax payers? Right now your IT officers are busy milking these 5% tax payers. In country like India, the person who doesn’t file IT return lives most peacefully.
