May be my views not limited to the topic. However, I want to suggest that:
a. Nomination for fighting an election be allowed only from the constituency where the person voted during last election for the same body. This will promote local workers and we can avoid nominations from two places.
Floor crossing after election should not be crime. The elected members are after all not slaves of any political gang. Otherwise there is no point in holding election for Rajya sabha members.

BBC is Broadcasting "Rapist" interview in spite of opposition by Indian Parliament. This is grate insult of Sovereignty of India. We are not slaves of UK anymore.
Indian Government should Immediately stop the Broadcasting by contacting British Embassy.
If Still BBC airs the show
Indian Government must BAN BBC in India. Prosecute BBC to highest level. Ban All operations as well as all reporters of BBC in India.
Will Modi Government show that it has this much Strength.
India's Prestige point

Misleading Advertisement in India are more often found, you can find it on roads, inside trains and many other places.you can get ride of by heavily fining, banning them for a Month for a warning only.you can banned for lifetime if they repeat, prison for up-to 1 year. Make a different department for Analyzing this type of Misleading Advertisement and there are lots of other thing you can do to avoid them from misleading.
