Moving towards becoming a cashless economy, Indian Railways has introduced a mobile based App "UTSONMOBILE" which enables booking and cancellation of unreserved tickets, issue and renewal of season and platform tickets, check and load R-Wallet balance and helps maintain user profile management and booking history. Users can download this app from Google Play Store or Windows store free of cost. This application is available on both Android and Windows smart phones.
Ministry of Railways invites suggestions from the general public regarding `UTSONMOBILE' App of Indian. Your suggestions will help us to examine the existing features of this App and make requisite improvements wherever necessary.

1) टिकट करने की सुबिधा आरछित, सामान्य और रेन्टल सभी। 2) ट्रेन में खाने की आनलाईं सुबिधा जो बिल के साथ ।3) कोच में यात्री की सुबिधा के लिये आपातकालीन जैसे - पानी, लाईट,चोरी और झगरे की जानकारी देने वाली । 4) लोगिन के ओ टी पी सुबिधा ये काम जितने बार ऐप ओपेन किया जाए उतनी बार ओटीपी की सुरक्षा ।

जबलपुर जैसे सहर को स्मार्ट सिटी बनाने की कोशिश की जा रही है परन्तु इस सहर की कालोनियों का काम इस तरह है कि लोग अपने घरों की गन्दगी मलमूत्र को खुली हुईं नाली में निकासी कर रहे हैं और लोगो का अपने घरों में रहना मुश्किल हो रहा है।

Provision food order facility in that app. And show hotels information to passenger's destination for Lodging and boarding for whose can have personal/official works in they have destinations

1) Collect nominal service charge form passengers when they can using this app for general/seasonal/unreserved tickets Booking. 2) include compliance/suggestions link in the app
