The population of stray animal is increasing day by day due to that incidents of accidents/ road side fatal accident and animal attack are increasing. There is no arrangement of passing their stool and urine from roads and open surrounding area and to clean them. The program of Clean India is badly affected. Animal Shelter Home is required to be constructed at every Municipal/ Panchayat level and all stray animals should be kept there.

dear sir the DEPARTMENT OF MUNICIPALITY is highly corrupted in all towns taluks everywhere , it should be monitored thoroughly like to have special purpose vehicle for that in order to make work from all these elected corrupt leaders , for example my town Name KOTTUR BELLARY DIST KARNATAKA is said to recieve RS 5CRORE wvery year from all schemes but the elected 25 ppl is rumored that they ll eat 20lakh each .. you keep releasing funds n they keep eating . A proper team is required to attend this and with that huge amount my own town can be made SMART TOWN without extra funds, kindly go thro this very seriously before its too late so that they ll get saturate and also in evry infra project local MLA MP wants share before the project starts ... how ridiculous

i.e. suppose the potato chips packet is for Rs.10 then increase its value to Rs.11. and return that extra Rs.1 to the customer when he will return the empty packet to any shopkeeper. The collected empty plastic bags at shopkeeper can be recycled. By implementing the above suggestion this will definitely somewhat reduce the habit of people that through the garbage any were. And it will help to keep India clean. I request you to consider this suggestion take some action on it as early as possible

Dear Prime Minister, Its Good to see that you have started the swachh bhaarat abhiyan. I thing I want to suggest that, I observe that people purchase the food product (like Potato chips, Kurkure etc.) packed in Polythene and after the use of food they generally through it on the roads or any place so the area get dirty. One solution to this problem is that charge extra Rs. 1 on each food product pack and return that Rs. 1 when the people return that empty food packet to any kirana shopkeeper.

Both urban and rural areas have one thing in common, that is, people through garbage out of the window of cars. The best solution of this problem that we keep small "DUSTBIN" in every car/ vehicle. Make it compulsory in the design of every four wheeler that a dustbin shall be inbuilt in it. I am personally following the same, and after that I have never felt like throwing anything out of the window, otherwise it is very irritating for anyone to keep any garbage in hand through whole journey.

WHY NOT THINK OF CREATING CADRE OF (INDIAN SERVICES OF CLEANING & SANITATION --ISCS) ON THE LINES OF IAS,IPS,IRS ETC ETC ..,BECAUSE THIS IS SURE GOING TO BE THE BIGGEST TASK FOR THE GOVT AND THE PEOPLE OF THE COUBTRY IN THE FUTURE TO KEEP THE COUNTRY CLEAN ,BECAUSE DUE TO GLOBALISATION THE AMOUNT OF DIRT AND WASTE WE ARE GOING TO CREATE IN THE COMING DECADES ,WE NEED TO THINK OUT OF THE BOX AND SADDLE UP QUICK -- THANK YOU

DEVELOP A STRICT TRAINING AND EXAMINATION PROGRAMME OR CURRICULUM IN WHICH YOU ADOPT THE LATEST TECHNIQUES AND METHODS OF CLEANING AND SANITATION ,AND ONCE THE CURRICULUM IS READY MAKE IT MANDATORY FOR ALL THE EXISITNG GOVT.BODIES FROM URBAN TO RURAL, MUNICIPALITY TO GRAM PANCHAYATS TO HOLD THE EXAMS FOR THE SANITATION WORKERS AND DEPT. AND THEY DECIDE IF THEY HAVE TO B IN THE SERVICE OR NOT, MAKE IT ATTARCTIVE ENOUGH. WISE WORDS OF A WISE HUMAN "CLEANINESS IS NEXT TO GODLINESS"

WE HAVE TO MAKE THE SANITATION WORKERS FEEL PROUD ABOUT THEMSELVES AND THE WORK THAT THEY DO AND THE CONTRIBUTION THEY DO TO NATION BUILDING .WE HAVE MAKE THEM FEEL DIGINIFIED ABOUT THERE WORK AND HENCE YOU WILL SEE THE EFFORT AND RESULTS (BASIC HUMAN TENDENCY). THE GOVERNMENT MUST CREATE POSTS OF HEALTH AND SANITATION OFFICERS " HEALTH INSPECTOR " AWARD THEM ,GIVE THEM GOOD PAY AND EQUIPMENT AND HAVE STRICT TRAINING PROGRAMS TO BE A HEALTH OFFICRS SO THAT THEY FEEL THE IMPORTANCE OF THE JOB
