I dont know even if this words would reach anyone, but if it does, lets see guided actions. Why has not the EK SAAL DESH KE NAAM not yet been functional all over the country? This is an amazing idea! 1 year of mandatory enrollment to country border or civil services must be made mandatory.Let the youth be responsible now....

Every youth should get Basic Trainings on Disaster management, so that when there would be a situation, we can help. today youth give hand during disasters, but it would be more appropriate and more helpful, if youth get a basic training. These trainings should be Mandatory in every School, colleges, Offices, Organizations, every where.

I think in every university/college/institute a disaster managt team should be formed which will take tips from the professionsls with the help of govt funded workshops/lectures/mock drills etc.

I can understand this people wouldn't be compare with professionals, but it can be helpful during the emergency.Suppose city like a Mumbai having this kind of team then you can’t imagine how many people will be on road to help other people who are in trouble. Suppose If it is working day for my office then it should be paid leave for me if I am a part of YDM team during any emergency. Same can be certified by local government office like fire brigade, Municipal Corporation, police dept. etc.

We should give them basic training on disaster management & it should be department wise. Example: - deployment should be area & department wise like Fire brigade, Police etc. There should be one or more person from each residential society who will be interested to become a part of this team This people has to give their 2 hours’ time on weekend (once in a month) for training schedule & particular department will be responsible to arrange class room / practical training for them.

Government should build a Youth Disaster management team who will react during the real time emergency. Many of our youths will show their interest to become a member of this team. During the real-time emergency this people can come out from home & help our disaster management team without expectation of any salary or any reward. We should give them basic training on disaster management & it should be department wise.

There should be a subject in schools with practicals that how to save your self and then how to help others during and after the disaster. There should be a group of people who must be trained for disaster. The emergency services are not able to help people when there is more damage, people must contribute for relief. Peoples always ready to help but this is not effective because there is no guideline and no leadership and planing so we need trained part time personal who can serve in disaster.
