Many Muncipal coporations have increased commercial building tax several fold beyond what is specified in building tax laws, owning commercial real estate is becoming liability, will lead to keeping building closed to claim tax exemption and result in less business, pls adopt national policy to rationalise levying building tax adopting valuation methods and not on unscientific methods based on rate/square metre which doesnot have scientific basis.Ensure t building tax is based on valuation methods

Dear Modi Ji,
There are so many of us who are proud to be a part of the country governed by you, but maximum of us have problems and complaints with a lot of issues. I have been an entrepreneur and have loads of ideas to help in problems that the citizens are facing. Ideas, everyone has, but execution becomes difficult. We should have an open body of the volunteers who are willing to work for the government, who should also be paid for their services.
