हमारे माननीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के डायनमिक लीडरशिप के तहत नई राष्ट्रीय शिक्षा नीति (एनईपी) की परिकल्पना को ध्यान में रखते हुए, भारत सरकार ने दोनों के बीच फ्लेक्सिबिलिटी एंड मोबिलिटी सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एकेडमिक और वोकेशनल डोमेन के इंटीग्रेशन को सक्षम करने हेतु नेशनल क्रेडिट फ्रेमवर्क (एनसीआरएफ) विकसित किया है। एनसीआरएफ छात्रों की आगे की प्रगति के लिए कई विकल्प खोलकर और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन और एक्सपेरिएंटिएल लर्निंग के साथ स्कूल और उच्च शिक्षा के इंटर-मिंगल द्वारा एक गेम चेंजर साबित होगा, जिससे स्किलिंग और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन को मुख्यधारा में लाया जा सकेगा। एनसीआरएफ उन छात्रों को भी सक्षम करेगा जो मुख्यधारा की शिक्षा से बाहर हो गए हैं और वे एजुकेशन इकोसिस्टम में फिर से प्रवेश कर सकते हैं।

एनसीआरएफ राष्ट्रीय उच्च शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ), राष्ट्रीय कौशल योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएसक्यूएफ) और राष्ट्रीय स्कूल शिक्षा योग्यता फ्रेमवर्क (एनएचईक्यूएफ) को शामिल करके स्कूली शिक्षा, उच्च शिक्षा और वोकेशनल और स्किल एजुकेशन के माध्यम से अर्जित क्रेडिट को समेकित रूप से इंटीग्रेट करेगा। यह ट्रेडिशनल फैमिली इनहेरिटेंस, वर्क एक्सपीरिएंस या अन्य तरीकों के माध्यम से इनफॉर्मल रूप से नॉलेज और स्किल हासिल करने वाले वर्कफोर्स हेतु प्रतिभाशाली सीखने की क्षमता वाले छात्रों के लिए गिफ्टिड लर्निंग एबिलिटी और रिकॉग्निशन आफ प्रायर लर्निंग का भी सहयोग करता है।
इंक्लूसिव अम्ब्रेला फ्रेमवर्क का उद्देश्य मल्टीपल एंट्री-मल्टीपल एक्जिट के विकल्पों को सुलभ और उच्च शिक्षा, स्कूल एजुकेशन और वोकेशनल एजुकेशन में लागू करना है, जिससे छात्रों को अपने स्वयं के सीखने के रास्ते और कार्यक्रम चुनने की अनुमति मिलती है।

केंद्रीय शिक्षा और कौशल विकास और उद्यमशीलता मंत्री के मार्गदर्शन में यूजीसी, एआईसीटीई, एनसीवीईटी, एनआईओएस, सीबीएसई, एनसीईआरटी, स्कूल शिक्षा और साक्षरता विभाग और उच्च शिक्षा विभाग, शिक्षा मंत्रालय, डीजीटी और कौशल मंत्रालय के सदस्यों के साथ सरकार द्वारा गठित एक समिति द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से रूपरेखा विकसित की गई है।

सरकार डाक्यूमेंट पर 30 नवंबर तक कमेंट्स और टिप्पणियाँ आमंत्रित कर रही है जो डाउनलोड के लिए नीचे दिए गए लिंक में उपलब्ध है।

According to the framework, an academic year will be defined by the number of hours a student puts in. Credits will be provided to them accordingly at the end of each academic year. The framework has been formulated under the University Grants Commission (Establishment and Operation of Academic Bank of Credits in Higher Education) Regulations, notified in July 2021. Credit System: The report of the high-level committee on the NCrF, put out in public domain, proposes credit levels from class 5 onward itself - which will be credit level 1, going up to credit level 7 and 8 with post-graduation and a doctorate, respectively. Credit levels will increase by 0.5 for every year of learning. Earning Credit: The total 'Notional Learning hours in a year' for assignment of Credits will be 1200 hours. A minimum of 40 credits may be earned for 1200 hours of learning every year with 20 credits per semester of six months.

Here in our state, teacher is involved for every work of the school, they should be. but many of the times, they always say they lots of work other than teaching to do. There should be looked into. Teacher involved in Physical Education, should be rated on child participation in games. Knowledge of all the games to be shared with each child. There are many concerns that needs to be taken care.

Dear Sir, 1) As everyone has the freedom, But every teacher should compulsory to educate their children in Govt School. Because here the perception in Genral public that they take the benefits from GOVT and Most of them are doing JOB in govt schools and their children are studying in PVT schools. They don't educate the children well in their schools. There are many points here which we need to address in this. 2) Teachers transfer policy, as this point has many implications. this could take a bad hit in Vote share, but the economy will improve. Mindset of the people and teacher will be on education. Every Teacher or the person who is working in GOVT JOB should be minimum 50-60 Km at least. when the age factor or any health issue or any serious concern, then only be distance of posting to be reduced. This also needs to be taken care. There are many points into this. We have noticed only in the first year of the job posting they join anywhere but after that Politics start.

.Rate government schools with rating like start ratings based on set criteria like a. student teacher ration b. education of teacher c. result of school in past years d. No of teaching days e. fee per student and more like extra circular activities with actual enrollment last year 2. Like the NHAI bond Central government can bring Education bond, say 5 lakh deposit for 20 years and your student will study free in government school with 4 star 3. Make a big government school in atleast every 2-tier city with prescribed curriculum 4 . Issue license specific to school bus driver.. ranking them higher than truck driver.. as they carry future of country.. and student learn from the people they meet in life... 5. Make the Government officers kids to study in those schools only.. or deduct fee paid by them in private school from their salary..

A youth parliament should be established and members should be elected by all the youth of India similar way to actual elections but through online voting. Youth parliament should be organized in actual parliament (via a new Youth session) when there is no parliament session. All members of youth parliament should be elected by all the youth of India similar way to actual elections but through online voting. Let’s youth of India share there dream and aspirations of India.
