last 30-40 years no development in WB.Central govt.always have neglected and ignored WB,Kolkata and rest of the eastern part.It seems the current govt. also not very interested about the development of eastern part of India.Otherwise Calcutta has the potential to be one of the best city in Asia and global level.It has everything but no good administration and governance,resulting suffering of young people like us/me.I hope god will be saving and blessing us from these internal/external ignorance

uttarakhand govt. is having a good suggestions to allow boat hotels. conditions apply - hotels should be pure veg and far from liquor/beer. rules should be strictly followed to avoid pollution. violators should be punished. their should be 24x7 waste management force and strict security with proper CCTV facility. hotels should be inspected every year for quality of food and pollution control. drainage point should be available on the bank of the river for proper waste management.

water treatment plants should be build on the banks of river ganga to purify water which can be reuse for drinking.

govt. should ban draining human body in to river ganga and advise people to donate their body after death, which is what i did. donated body organs can be use for needy people. only thing is there should not be any misuse of the organs which people donate. this can be one of the solution to reduce water pollution.
