Plz advice IBPS to allow the obc certificates issued after 11-08-14 for the interviews.It is a matter of life for lakhs of students who have quallified for the interview rounds.

According to me youth is motivated by the leadership quality of our Indian leaders .....but i feel sad by their behaviour in parliament.why not make code and conducts for them? Why not yo form proctorial board on parliament?

sir please provide youth organisation on state level n village level so the normal people can enter in this programme normal people cant go n participate in state level and district level oeganisation

Opportunity alone can lead to development and honing of a quality of a skill... no matter how much swimming is taught u cant teach someone to swim unless he is thrown into a river, well or a pool. So the best way to develop leadership skills is to expose youth to situations which require decision making and which alone will help them gain confidence. And in our country we need followers not leaders.... what is a leader when people do not follow simple systems and laws.

Firstly everyone wants corruption to be erupted.How will the leadership develop in between the corrupted bureaucrats & cheap politicians who are always busy in showing their attitude.After getting elected they forget that bcoz of we common people they are elected.They are not sevak of common man,the common man become their sevak. What a Incredible India

sir we must awake for controlling corruption in gov offices. here in gujrat i must say people to not give any extra money for gov work. request to pm and cm to take some useful steps for simplify middle class and lower middle class people of india. i am ready to support any steps against this programme.

To devlop leadership quality among youth first we have to bring positive attitude to them. For this we can organise various programme for youth to increase moral power, positive attitude, tolerance power etc.
