my suggestion about employment. most of private automobile/manufacturing company only recruit contract employees. it's affect young engineers. in contract jobs there's no promotion and increament. its affect lot of youngsters till now. All manufacturing company has 25 to 30% employees only. In future contract employees possible to increase. consultancy culture also increased. All consultant and company sh collect some amount of money in every employees salary. so there's no increament to employees and facilities. I completed my B. E mechanical engineering in 2020. I have two year experience in manufacturing industry in NAPS and NEEM. same salary. my senior all also completed 5 years neem and NAPS and today working in contract employee. After 5 year experience we all working for same salary. my other friends decided to move IT companies. IT is not core branch also not interested to work in IT. But we are decided to move IT field because my family situation.my govt please take action

1) Please stop brain washing the youth with changing and removing chapters from history books. They deserve to know the history exactly as it happened. 2) we need to focus on quality education and freedom of thought, belief and expression. Jingoistic tunes should be shunned and the youth should be given complete freedom to choose their beliefs. This is important for the proper cultural manifestations of the youthful mind. Education should be encouraged and political unions should be discouraged from the college. 3) more libraries with world History, political discourse should be constructed. Emphasis on literature, finances, economics, art should be encouraged rather than religion. 4) sports should be mandatory at every level of education and fixed hours should be dedicated for proper development of the sporting faculties of the youth. For every 100 students a football field should be there across the country. Jai Hind! Long live the republic

Good morning sir, Thanks to this platform for common man like me can give suggestions for policy framing. Give rating to govt college school and give equal salary to teacher asst professor of govt or private colleges school. Any private Ltd company should advertisement their vacancy on govt website so more fair employment opportunities to everyone. PPP model will grow . State govt medical College should be tie up with psu near by under CSR. Govt should make retirement age 55 , and pf amount 30% should be deducted under nps for getting retirement tension free. Govt marriage registration should be mandatory for all religions and using simple OTP method to 5 person and bride groom also with upload marriage photo. 2 children only to be able to get govt benefits for everyone . To control population.
