There should be total ban on rickshaws and taxis in cities. Alternatively mass public mode of transport should be increased. People driving Rickshaws/taxis should be integrated/employed by state run departments for running buses at regular intervals. Government or with their support we should develop a special lane for cyclists and should motivate people to drive bicycles to their workplace. People having more than one car should be heavily taxed with toll tax and road tax.
